Executive Bios

Melissa Sidick

Melissa Sidick graduated from the University of Akron with a BA in Human Resources. Melissa began her career with Barrett & Associates, an employment testing organization, during her sophomore year of college and continued accepting challenging assignments at the firm until her graduation in 1993. She then joined The McIntyre Company in January 1994 as an Executive Search Consultant. Melissa worked with Fortune 500 clients assisting them with hiring needs at the executive level. She was responsible for uncovering the candidates, as well as qualifying, interviewing and making offers. In January 1995, Melissa was asked to assist the President of The McIntyre Company in starting a research division. She began Artemis and worked as a Senior Research Consultant overseeing three Researchers until June 1996 when she was recruited by Executive Connections, Inc. to start a research division for this contingency search firm. As Vice President of Executive Consultants Inc. (now CRCG, Inc.) she was responsible for all aspects of service development, from inception through rollout, along with the other Vice President, Holly Meyer. Melissa played an integral role in all aspects of hiring, training, and employee communications. She and Ms. Meyer were also responsible for all new business development for ECI, Inc. In 1997, Melissa was promoted to VP of Administrative Services. In this role she was responsible for all the operations of the office as well as the logistical and maintenance procedures pertaining to the organization's computer and networking systems.

Holly Meyer

Holly Meyer began her career upon graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Hospitality Administration in 1990. In 1991, she joined a privately owned placement firm, Dawson Personnel Systems as an Account Executive for the temporary clerical division. After a short time she was promoted to a Consultant in the clerical division where she was responsible for all screening, interviewing and placement of personnel. After a year in this role she was promoted to Director of Recruiting where she implemented several programs to facilitate alternatives for the hiring of temporary and permanent employees. She served in this role for one year before being asked to become the Director of Business Development for the Financial Permanent division. She again served in this capacity for one year before moving inside to manage this division. Ms. Meyer left Dawson Personnel Systems in August 1995 to join Artemis as the Manager of New Business Development. In this role she was responsible for developing the research and recruiting business nationwide, as well as allocating significant work time to researching and recruiting assignments. In June 1996, along with Ms. Sidick, Ms. Meyer left to start the research division of Executive Consultants, Inc. In January 1997, she was promoted to Vice President of Consulting Services where she was responsible for overseeing 12+ Research Consultants as well as developing new clients.
